Shipping and Returns

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Hair‑free
  • Unwashed

In original condition with tags attached

Items showing wear, odor, stains, or pet hair will be denied.
Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid labels. You may use any carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Clearance or final‑sale items
  • Used or worn apparel
  • Items damaged after delivery

Exchanges

To exchange, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures accurate inventory and faster processing.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for inspection
  • 3–10 business days for your bank to process the refund

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly.

How to Start a Return

  • Order number
  • Item you’d like to return
  • Reason for return

We’ll reply with simple instructions.

Fit Reminder

Sizing varies by brand. Please measure your pet and check the size chart to avoid return costs.
